We can handle all aspects of application and delivery of the Carnet for you. Please email us with the following information:
- Name and address for invoicing and delivery of the Carnet document
- Daytime phone number
- Date of departure from UK
- Destination countries
- Estimated date of return to UK
- Method of transport/shipment
- Names of representatives who will operate the Carnet (driver, tour manager, freight agent etc.)
- Equipment list: for each item (or set of items), we need the following, please:
- Item description (with serial number if there is one)
- Quantity
- Weight
- Value
- Country of manufacture
If at all possible, please provide the list as an Excel spreadsheet (we’ll convert it into standard Carnet format and will automatically generate item numbers and totals.) You can download Excel templates here – the 6-column version has a separate column for serial numbers, which is out preferred format.
